What attracts hikers to the crimson wall is its gorgeous views of logan canyon. High creek canyon is in my opinion by far the best hike in cache county and all of northern utah. This will take you to a cement walkway that goes under the highway.

If you have never been up north to explore, it is highly suggested you take a trip up to logan to get a glimpse of these phenomenal mountains. The trail head is located above cove, utah on the border of utah. The canyon trails range from easy strolls by the river to steep and rugged outings that will plant you on top of a peak looking out across the bear river mountains.

There is a great place to camp close to the trail called the lodge campground. Just less than 2 hours from the salt lake airport you can escape to an hour long stretch of canyon that harbors endless hikes, fishing, skiing, climbing and much more. Logan canyon is also popular during the winter with more than 300 miles of groomed snowmobile trails and the oldest family run ski resort in the u.s., beaver mountain ski resort.
